Dana Fuller, MA, LMFTA
My passion is to help individuals, couples, and families discover elements that can increase awareness, improve mental health quality, and develop healthy relationship dynamics.
I believe that people have the capacity to navigate the challenges they face in life. I also believe people have the capability to choose their perspectives and access the tools that can assist them in developing a better scope of mental health. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I will provide a compassionate and empathetic professional relationship that can be utilized for exploration and growth, a safe place to learn and grow without judgement.
In therapy and in life I have seen people improve in different ways. Overall, it is substantial for people to have the ability to share vulnerable, intimate emotions with another individual and begin developing in ways they were not able to before. Connecting in session allows for expressions of empathy, understanding, and reflection of insights that are difficult to reach on one’s own are all elements that benefit individual, couples, and families. When we can examine dynamics or systems that otherwise the client may not be aware of, it is possible to change the structure, boundaries, coping tools, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, and other elements that are contributing to being stuck in unhealthy mindsets and interactions.
Utilizing my training, and desire to meet my clients where they are in a safe and accepting environment, we will work together to meet goals, build healthy coping skills, and create a therapeutic experience specific to each person and relationship.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
~ Carl Rogers
